Terms & Conditions – BuySignal
1. Service description
BuySignal provides a price monitoring service. We track publicly available prices for a product you submit and notify you when the price reaches or drops below your target.
2. No purchase obligation
Using BuySignal does not create any obligation to purchase a product.
3. Notifications
BuySignal sends one (1) notification per BuySignal when your target price is reached or drops below it.
4. Pricing
Each BuySignal costs $7.99.
5. Price accuracy & availability
Prices and availability may change at any time and depend on the retailer. Prices shown don't include delivery charges. See how we track prices.
6. Affiliate relationships
BuySignal does not currently receive payment from retailers to list or rank deals. We may use affiliate links in future. If we do, we will say so here, and they would never change the price you pay. BuySignal is not a retailer: purchases are made with the retailer, and prices and availability can change at any time, so we cannot guarantee a price is still available when you click through.
7. Limitation of liability
BuySignal is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses or decisions made based on notifications.
8. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying prices and completing any purchase.
9. Service changes
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
10. Governing principles
By using BuySignal, you agree to these Terms.
11. Retailer Disclaimer
BuySignal is an independent platform that lists publicly available deals from various retailers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer listed on the website including Best Buy, Walmart, Canada Computers, Sport Chek or Foot Locker. All trademarks, product names and images are the property of their respective owners. Prices and availability are subject to change.
